Refund policy

BUNAI STUDIO aims to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please review the following refund terms before making a purchase.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided in circumstances approved by BUNAI STUDIO, including certain cases where:

  • An incorrect product was sent and a replacement is not available
  • A product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect and cannot reasonably be replaced
  • An order is cancelled by BUNAI STUDIO after payment has been received
  • Another refund situation is specifically approved by our customer support team

2. Refunds for Prepaid Orders

If you have already paid for your order and BUNAI STUDIO approves a refund, the refund will be processed using the applicable payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

3. Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, no payment is collected until delivery. Therefore, a refund is generally not applicable to an order that has not been paid for.

For eligible paid returns, BUNAI STUDIO may request the customer's bank or payment details to process the approved refund.

4. Refund Processing

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed within [5–10 business days], subject to the applicable payment provider or bank processing time.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available for:

  • Change of mind
  • Products that have been worn or washed
  • Products damaged through customer use
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging
  • Incorrect size selection by the customer, where an exchange option is available
  • Items specifically marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable

6. Promotional Orders

Orders purchased during special promotions, sales, discounts, or clearance events may be subject to separate return, exchange, or refund conditions.

Any special conditions will be clearly communicated on the relevant product or promotional page.
